　　【珠穆獨白】我叫珠穆，家鄉是阿壩的，2003年來到北京，開始了我和北京、我和藏文教學的故事。那時候，我沒有錢，沒有朋友，沒有多少學生，也沒有固定的教室，2013年創立了珠穆藏語工作室，搬進了這個別有風味的胡同。

　　I am Drugmo from Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture. In 2003, I came to Beijing where the stories between me and this city and between me and Tibetan teaching started. At that time, I had got no money, no friends, and I only had a few students. There wasn't a fixed classroom, either. In 2013, Drugmo Tibetan Studio was established and relocated into this hutong with a distinctive appeal.

　　珠穆：今天我們的安多語中級班就要開課了。對這個班來說，這節課是他們在這個胡同里的第一節課，也是最后一堂課。應該有十多名學生吧，具體能到幾位還不清楚，但是我已經印好了書，正在回去呢！現在就回去，等他們到了就發給他們。

　　Today, our intermediate class of the Amdo dialect will begin. For students in this class, this is their first class in this hutong and also the last class. Around a dozen of students.

　　【同期聲】（珠穆）上個月中旬，我和房東聊過。房東說可能要在兩三個月內搬走，我說沒有問題，但是過了一天，又說要在一個星期內搬走。

　　In the middle of last month, I communicated with the landlord?who told me to move away within two or three months. I agreed. But one day after our conversation, I was told to move away within a week.

　　【同期聲】（學生阿九）三年前，2016年3月份的時候，我第一次來這里上課，她就站在門口來接我。一下就感覺不一樣，就在一個灰色的胡同里，就有一個彩色的人，色彩就有很強烈的對比，那種情感就是不一樣的。

　　Three years ago, in March 2016, I attended my first class here. She stood at the door and welcomed me. At that moment, something was different.In a grey hutong, there was a person in color, revealing a strong color contrast. That feeling is different.

　　學生1：珠穆老師你好！

　　Hello, Ms. Drugmo.

　　珠穆：哎呀！你怎么從這邊過來？你是第一個過來的。

　　珠穆：咱班里面，就是你看，我們以前藏文老師就說，像我們最遠的同學最先來，你最遠的來得最快。

　　Our Tibetan teacher once said?those who live far always come first. You live the farthest away from here, but come first.

　　學生1：最遠的最怕遲到。

　　珠穆：對對，去吧去吧，我看其他同學有可能就在這邊了。

　　Drugmo Tibetan Studio has eight classes, including primary and intermediate Tibetan classes, music and dance classes. There are Han students, Tibetan students and foreign students here.

　　珠穆：開始了，跟關雷民說開始了，她在美國看著呢！等一下，我來。以后得常用這個玩意兒。

　　珠穆：哎呀，順序沒對了。藏語你看記得啊，拼讀的順序是什么呀？書寫的順序。

　　Ah! You've got a wrong order. You need to remember the spelling and writing orders of Tibetan.

　　珠穆：其實今天我們，今天第一課，也是最后一次在這里，是吧？今天我的心情是非常奇特，沒法用言語去表達。

　　In fact, this is our first class and also last class here. I have a mixed feeling beyond words.

　　【同期聲】（珠穆）第一次教藏文只是為了生存，是為了生活。我在反問自己，我能做好的事情是什么，我是來自高原，來自雪域高原，而我能帶來的也是三十個藏文字母，這樣仔細想過之后，教藏文是我的生活中最有希望的事情。

　　My first engagement in Tibetan teaching is for survival and for life. I am asking myself what I can do well.I am from Tibetan-inhabited regions, and from the snow-covered plateau.What I have brought are thirty Tibetan alphabets. Pondering over this question, I have found that Tibetan teaching is the most hopeful matter in my life.

　　珠穆：好，接下來我就要發我們的“智慧之劍”了。因為這個是用來寫字的，字是代表的什么？智慧，從最簡單的角度講，讓我們擁有分辨能力。好，各自傳下去，希望大家突破無明。

　　OK. Next, I will distribute our "sword of wisdom", as it is for writing. What do words stand for? Wisdom. In a simple view, they help us know right from wrong. OK. Hand them on. Hope you reach avidya.

　　珠穆：大家理解哦，學藏文并非是學宗教，而是我們來學習宗教也好，文化也好，歷史也好，你愛學什么學什么的工具，這個是鑰匙。

　　As a general understanding, Tibetan learning is not religion-oriented,but Tibetan is a tool for us to learn religion, culture, history or whatever. It is a key.

　　【同期聲】（學生阿九）我來珠穆藏語工作室學習藏語，讓我找到了一條道路。這條道路是通過藏文字母的密碼，然后通往藏文化以及一個更神奇的世界，就是發現我自己的內心更豐富的一個世界。

　　Learning Tibetan in Drugmo Tibetan Studio offers me a path which directs me to Tibetan culture and a more amazing world through the passwords of Tibetan alphabets. It helps me find a richer inner world.

　　珠穆：胸腔音基本上都是一樣的，是吧？“嘎答瓦麻啊”（藏語），這個我們一定要知道，因為你把這五個讀好了，意味著我們接下來藏文就讀得好。

　　Chest pronunciations are almost the same, right? Ga, da, wa, ma, ah.We must know them. If these five letters are correctly pronounced,it means we can read Tibetan well.

　　【珠穆獨白】在這里的六、七年時間里，我們開開心心地度過，也是開開心心地上完了每一節課，然后就著手搬到一個新的房子。

　　For six or seven years here,we have spent a happy time?and attended every class happily. Now, we have to leave for a new place.

　　珠穆：我其實挺心酸的，你看這一剎那，其實我的心還是希望你們下節課到這里上課。下節課我們不知道在哪了。沒事，也高興吧，也傷心。其實有一剎那，剛剛的一剎那，我覺得下節課我們還在這里上課。

　　Actually, I am sad. At this moment,I still hope that you can continue your class here. But I don't know where we can meet the next time. It's over. I am happy but also sad. In fact, just at this moment, I thought we can attend next class here.

　　【同期聲】（學生阿九）當時我聽到這個消息的時候非常難過。難過之后，其實有很多很多以往在這里度過的歡樂時光，一下子就涌向心頭。尤其是你們走到這個胡同里面，在外面都是很老北京的那種，但是一旦你走進這個院子，一下就覺得到了另外一個世界。（流淚）還是沒繃住，真的不好意思。

　　I was very sad when I knew this news. I remember many many happy moments we have spent here, especially when I saw you walking into this hutong. Outside this yard is an old Beijing scene. But when you enter this yard, you may feel you are in another world. I cannot help myself. Sorry.

　　【同期聲】（珠穆）有個教學的地方，有個放黑板的地方，只要有個能繼續教三十個藏文字母的地方，這個宇宙（地方），在我們藏文化里叫宇宙，那么這個宇宙（地方）就在那里。這樣去想的時候，我沒什么可擔憂的。但是學生們太難過了，都在傷心地哭?？吹剿麄兛迺r，我也忍不住哭了，不然沒必要哭的。

　　As long as there is a teaching place, as long as there is a place for the blackboard, as long as there is a place where I can continue teaching thirty Tibetan alphabets, there is the place or universe?that we call in Tibetan. So I am not worried. But our students are sad. Some even shed tears. When I saw them crying,I also shed tears.Actually, it is not necessary.

　　【珠穆獨白】以前我住的地方沒有院子，雖然這個院子很小，但對于我來說很珍貴，因為可以掛經幡，可以種花，所以我非常喜歡這里。

　　There is no yard at my former place of residence. This yard is small, but it is precious for me, because I can hang prayer flags and plant flowers. So I like it very much.

　　【同期聲】（珠穆）今天我們有很多事情，去外面看一下，找個暫時可以上藏文課的教室。我給我的朋友們打過電話了，他們說可以在他們的公司里上課。

　　We have a lot of things to do today. Now, we are going out to look for a temporary classroom. I called my friends.I can continue my Tibetan teaching in their company for the time being.

　　珠穆：收拾東西什么的，哎呀 這邊亂七八糟的，您就不用過來了。這種事情能檢驗一下咱們自己的心，沒事，放心吧！那天我學了一句漢語，說“樹挪死，人挪活”，說不定咱們在這邊胡同里住了六七年了，然后再換一個地方說不定更好呢？是不是？放心吧！別擔心。

　　I need to pack up. Ah. Things are really in a mess. You don't need to come. Such things can test us. Don't worry. I learned a Chinese proverb:Frequent shifts make a tree dead but a person prosperous. We have lived in this hutong for six or seven years. Moving away may bring a better future. Right? Don't worry.

　　【同期聲】（珠穆）我剛到北京時沒有什么固定的工作，比如當過服務員，在餐廳工作過，在那里掃過廁所，洗過碗。

　　When I just came to Beijing, there were no proper jobs. I worked as a waitress.In a restaurant, I once cleaned the toilet and washed dishes.

　　珠穆：十多年前剛到北京的時候，住在傳媒大學附近。那邊冬天有時候會下雪啊，下雪時我徒步去傳媒大學，這可能是我想家了吧！那時候我年紀很小?，F在我走到哪兒，哪兒都是我的家。北京是我的家鄉，四川也是家鄉，我在哪里，哪里就是我的家鄉。這個城市機會很好，如果自己有能力的話機會很多。在這里生活最主要靠毅力，敢闖敢拼就可以創造自己的生活。

　　More than ten years ago when I just came to this city, I lived near the Communication University of China (CUC).Sometimes, it snows in winter. On snowy days, I often went to the university. Probably because I missed my family.I was young then. Now, home is where I am. Beijing is my home, so is Sichuan. Home is where I am. This city offers great opportunities for capable persons. Perseverance is very important for the struggle in this city.We can create our life through bold endeavors.

　　【同期聲】（珠穆）以前我不夠自信，心很?。ㄗ员埃易约旱男愿褚埠?，還是我所熟知的藏族歷史和藏文化等方面，我都不夠自信。

　　I was not confident.I was even a little bit self-abased. I was not confident in personal character,and also in Tibetan history and culture that I am familiar with.

　　【字幕】與學生碰面?Meeting students

　　學生康泰：夠不夠大？

　　Is it spacious?

　　珠穆：大是夠大。從這面這么學習是吧？黑板在這面？

　　Yes. In this direction? The blackboard can be placed here？

　　學生康泰：因為桌子有很多一米二的桌子，比咱們那大多了，咱那小屋你想想。

　　There are many tables which are 1.2 meters long. It is much bigger.Yes, our yard is very small.

　　珠穆：對，我得拍下來。

　　珠穆：就這兩天我就的定下來，然后就得搬。原則是不給你添麻煩的前提下，學生方便的前提下，對我來說在哪兒都行。?

　　【同期聲】（珠穆）當時房東給我打了個電話，說感到很傷心。房東她這樣說的，說我們也沒什么辦法，國家有一些（政策）規劃，不搬也沒辦法，我也理解。

　　The landlord felt sorry?over the phone.She said that she had no alternative due to the national policies or planning.So we must move away. I understand her.

　　珠穆：那個黑色的樓是吧？我看見安邦了，然后我現在在益家大廈。

　　Is that black building? I see Anbang. Now, I am in Yijia Building.

　　【同期聲】（珠穆）打了很多電話。我給別人打過電話，別人也給我打過很多電話。既要能滿足我的需求，又不讓房東為難，同時還可以教藏文，這個確實很難。

　　I made many phone calls.I made calls to others and also received many calls. It should meet my needs and should not cause troubles for the landlord. Meanwhile, we can teach Tibetan there. It is hard to meet the requirements at the same time.

　　【同期聲】（珠穆）今天確實有點累，一整天都在外面忙，一旦回到這個胡同還是很開心，感覺很舒服。

　　【同期聲】（珠穆）像四、五年前學過藏文的學生，雖然平時沒怎么聯系，但他們聽到搬家的消息，就一個個蹦出來，問我以后我們的工作室在哪里，怎么去辦學，問我以后有什么想法，有什么計劃。他們打了很多電話，這樣一來我很感動，非常感動。

　　Some students who learned Tibetan here four or five years ago don't have much contact with me, but they called me after they heard of the news and asked me about the address of the new studio and its teaching and also my ideas and future plans. Many of them called me.I am really touched. Deeply moved.

　　珠穆：奶奶，我明后天就搬走了。

　　珠穆：阿姨。

　　珠穆：正收拾呢，收拾呢，明天一部分搬走。

　　珠穆：沒呢，還沒有找著呢，對，先過渡一下。

　　【同期聲】（學生張雅彬）其實就像我們經常看到，珠穆老師和胡同里的大媽大爺關系特別好，可能剛才一秒鐘以前板著的臉，一看到珠穆老師立刻笑開來花。然后每次珠穆老師跟他們用胡同里的胡同串子兒的話來聊天。這個其實我們作為北京人，也是生活在胡同里那么多年我們都做不到。因為她本身自己有一顆開放和包容的心，所以這個城市對她來說開放和包容的，跟城市其實是融為一體的。

　　As we know, Ms. Drugmo gets along well with aunties and uncles living in the hutong.They may keep a straight face before a second,but smile when they see Ms. Drugmo.Every time, Drugmo talks with them?with the old Beijing dialect. We are natives and live in this hutong for many years. But we can't do what Drugmo did. As she is open and tolerant, this city is open and tolerant towards her. She fits into this city.

　　珠穆：您送我一個圍脖，哎呦，那咋整？那我看到這個的時候就想起您。

　　【同期聲】（學生張雅彬）其實只是心里有很多的不舍，很多的留戀。我覺得所以老師情緒會比較波動。它是一種真正巨大的感動，就是在這么短的時間里面，看到了親情啊，友情啊，就是人生最閃光的、最閃亮的、最美好的一面，都在這一次的事件里面，全部都展現出來了。

　　I feel attached to them very very much. Her mood has swung in these days.It is really moving. In a short time, affection friendship among neighbors have been revealed. These are the most shining and beautiful moments in life.?All of them have been shown in this incident.

　　I've never thought about my fate and my place of residence. Instead, I think about the place and the way of our teaching and our future studio. I think,the fate of the thirty Tibetan alphabets?is my fate.

　　【同期聲】（珠穆）再過半個小時，我的學生就開車過來了。我們把這里的東西收拾好就要搬走了。這里住了很久了，有點舍不得，有點傷心，感覺很難受，不管怎么樣終究還是要搬走。

　　Half an hour later, my student will drive here. After packing up, we will move away. We have lived here for a long time. We are reluctant to leave. A little bit sad.I feel bad. Anyway, we will move away.

　　珠穆：等一下啊，這有些東西，我們帶不走的。
